<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">I will guide you through the basics, allowing you to be creative without the pressure of costly mistakes that can be common with a new hobby.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">I hold a Level I Art Clay Certificate so I am qualified to teach these techniques to <strong>Art Clay Silver Beginners</strong>. As the classes are for beginners, <em><strong>no previous experience is needed</strong></em>.</span></li>

<h2><span lang="EN-US">Art Clay Silver Beginners Introductory Class</span></h2>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Covers aspects such as:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Clay conditioning</li>
<li>Storing</li>
<li>Basic clay skills</li>
<li>Pre fire finishing</li>
<li>Firing methods</li>
<li>Syringing</li>
<li>Using patina application</li>
</ul>
<p><em>During the class you will make at least two Art Clay Silver pieces.</em></p>
<p><em>(Please note the image above is not illustrative of pieces you will be making on the day)</em></p>
<h2>Art Clay Silver Class Location</h2>
<p>Classes will be held in the comfort of my own home in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Full address details will be supplied upon booking a class.</p>
<h2>Number of Places</h2>
<p>For health and safety reasons, there is a maximum of 4 students per class. Therefore places are booked on a first come first served basis for the classes due to the small numbers, though a waiting list will be set up for further class dates.</p>
<p><strong>Class Fees</strong></p>
<p><strong>Price per class is £90</strong>, which includes <strong>15g of Art Clay Silver Clay</strong>, and the use of all other materials and a folder of notes to take away too.</p>
<p><em>Sterling earwires for your earrings and a sterling silver chain are included to make your pieces into finished jewellery.</em></p>
<h2>What should you bring with you?</h2>
<p>The only thing you need to bring, is a hair dryer and a packed lunch. Tea &amp; coffee, <em>including decaf</em>, will be provided.</p>

<p>My next classes are on <strong>Saturday 29th August 2009</strong> and <strong>Saturday 12th September 2009</strong>.</p>
<p>Each class starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm.</p>
<h2>Class Fees</h2>
<p><strong>Price per class is £90</strong>, which includes <strong>10g of Art Clay Silver Clay</strong>, and <strong>10g of Art Clay Silver Syringe</strong>, the use of all other materials and a folder of notes to take away too.</p>
<p><em>You will also be able to purchase sterling silver chains and ear wires to make your pieces into finished Jewellery.</em></p>

<p>‘Roses’ are rolled by hand and then pasted into place onto hand cut leaves, ‘Sycamore’ is an impressed disc with an applied dark patina to bring out the detail and 22 kt Gold paste gives a place for the eye to rest amid the ordered natural chaos of ‘The Seasons’ collage pendant.</p></blockquote>
