<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">The clay is rolled out, cut to shape and then fired. What emerges is a fine silver that constitutes 99.9% purity.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">I will guide you through the basics, allowing you to be creative without the pressure of costly mistakes that can be common with a new hobby.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal;">I hold a Level I Art Clay Certificate so I am qualified to teach these techniques to Art Clay Silver Beginners. As the classes are for beginners, no previous experience is needed.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span lang="EN-US">Art Clay Silver Beginners Introductory Class</span></h2>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Covers aspects such as:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Clay conditioning</li>
<li>Storing</li>
<li>Basic clay skills</li>
<li>Pre fire finishing</li>
<li>Firing methods</li>
<li>Syringing</li>
<li>Using patina application</li>
</ul>
<p>During the class you will make at least two Art Clay Silver/PMC pieces.</p>

<h2>Art Clay Silver Class Location</h2>
<p>Classes will be held in the comfort of my own home in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Full address details will be supplied upon booking a class.</p>

<h2>Number of Places</h2>
<p>There is a maximum of 3 students per class or an individual one to one basis.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Class Fees</strong></p>
<p>Price per class is £120, which includes Art Clay Silver Clay/PMC, the use of all other materials and a booklet of notes to take away too.</p>
<p>Sterling earwires for your earrings and a sterling silver chain are included to make your pieces into finished jewellery.</p>
<h2>What should you bring with you?</h2>
<p>The only thing you need to bring a packed lunch. Tea &amp; coffee will be provided.</p>

<p>I have put up new workshops ranging from Enamelling onto Silver and Copper Clay, Ring Making, Copper Clay and Leaf Making. Glass Fusing/Setting glass in Silver will be coming soon.. All very exciting! Keep popping back for updates.</p>
